As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the software product from existing ideas and developing new ideas based on your contact with customers and prospects. We expect this person to create group collaboration while developing solutions for various customers. Your success and the success of the product will allow you to expand and lead an effort we believe to be a key element in the long-term future success of our overall business.

Product Summary:

I-Control is a scalable, door-to-door batch automation platform specifically for the feed, flour, and pet food industries. With I-Control, our clients get a number of benefits to their facility including: optimized operations, industry regulation compliance, and reduced total cost of ownership of plant automation.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manage key account efforts while being the clients "trusted advisor" to provide premium value to our clients.

+ Drive product development through the entire development cycle, from concept to launch

+ Prioritize development of enhancements, future features, bug fixes and gaps

+ Maintain a product roadmap and assist project management and the development team with schedule release cycles.

+ Build user stories (detailed description of feature functionality for product)

+ Facilitate product decisions and recommendations that have a value impact on our clients.

+ Direct and set the tone of our communication with clients during and after projects.

+ Use and continuously improve product installation to plan and deliver project successfully


+ Bachelor of Science Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience

+ Product Management success in delivering products/services in a growing environment

+ Product Management certification preferred

+ Manufacturing/Industrial Knowledge or Experience is a plus.

+ Able to work out of our Sioux Falls, SD Regional Office or Corporate Office in Sioux Center, IA

+ Travel: Up to 35%
