Responsibilities:


+ Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads within a specified territory.


+ Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.


+ Provides forecast data to management.


+ Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.


+ Develops professional relationships with key decision makers


+ Analyzes customer requirements and develops cost effective solutions.


+ Sells all products and services offered by Sabre Industries.


+ Participates as an active team member within the Sales and Estimation departments as well as with other company divisions.


+ Develops forecasts and provides region analysis to management.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.




Requirements:


+ 3-5 years sales experience


+ Strong customer service orientation; positive attitude and work ethic; consultative selling and closing skills; aptitude to learn; exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to the department and company; results oriented; motivated producer; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


+ Position is in an office environment and will require working on a computer most of the day.


+ Regularly required to use hands to work on the computer, finger, handle or grasp, reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.





Educational Requirements:


+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
